Thus, it’s of utmost importance for any company to keep working on improving the employees’ performance along with their accountability.
Here are some ways for the same:
It would be nearly impossible to resolve the hurdles without analyzing the performance scale of each individual. Knowing it makes it easier to make amends wherever you think workflow disrupts. Doing this regularly from the start is not a bad idea.
Setting higher expectations during onboarding will save you from reminding employees what they’re there for! Along with this, imply the rules and regulations strictly in the beginning so they easily get a hang of it.
The supervisors who manage the employees should be more accountable for being determined and behaving in the same manner as the employees. This keeps employees motivated to be more goal-oriented. In some cases, this makes them fulfill their roles and duties even more timely.
Don’t treat employees like slaves. Empower them and trust them. Small steps like improving the accessibility, and establishing command over their schedules make it hassle-free for them to perform smoothly.

Invite them to a party at the weekend, make them work hard in the office, and repeat. Chill together during the break but work together too during office hours. This makes them a little more casual with you and more accountable for improving their performance in front of you.
Regular feedback sessions allow employees to build trust in the management that ‘they care’. Listen to where they need help from you. Help them resolve wherever they’re stumbling. Make a helpful and reliable workspace. Moreover, letting employees know exactly ‘where they’re lacking from time to time in these sessions makes them speedily make amends.
Often companies look for employees, externally, for higher positions, whereas they can promote well-performing employees. Firstly, this makes a healthy competition for performing ‘better’ within the workspace. Secondly, it is surely less time-consuming, as it would be easier to train your employee. The company itself will gain value with this.
There might also be some key factors hindering the way of an employee’s performance. There might be lesser collaboration chances within the team, some personal disputes among the teammates, some scarcity of support and good resources, etc.
