This all information required for general profile, resume generation and job purpose. However, profile information helps you to get more from our Services, including helping recruiters and business opportunities find you. It’s your choice whether to include sensitive information on your profile and to make that sensitive information public. You can avoid to post or add personal data to your profile that you would not want to be publicly available, because Most of your TalksLegal profile, as well as all content/ discussions that you post on TalksLegal, are publicly displayed. We may use and share information you provide in a TalksLegal profile / resume and account in the same manner as the information provided in TalksLegal profile, in accordance with this Privacy Policy and our User Agreement.
If you do nothing during your visit at TalksLegal Network but browse through the website, read pages and information, we will gather and store certain information about your visit automatically. Information / data on your visits to the website are stored in aggregate automatically for optimization of bandwidth requirement. This information does not identify you personally. Please note: Information / content / data you have shared with others or that others have copied may also remain visible after you have closed your account or deleted the information from your own profile. This will be TalksLegal property and all rights reserved with TalksLegal platform only. In addition, you may not be able to access, correct, or eliminate any information about you that other Members copied or exported out of TalksLegal, because this information may not be in our control.
Your Consent: By using this TalksLegal platform, you consent to the terms of our online Privacy Policy and to TalksLegal processing of Personal Information for the purposes given above as well as those explained where ‘TalksLegal’ collects Personal Information on the web.
