Dear Mr Jacob,
I, Gopalan Reddy, have been on leave from last three days from 23rd August, 2022 to 26th August, 2022 due to the medical treatment of my mother. She has got both her knees replaced for good.
I am writing this letter in order to request you to please grant me a leave extension of two days as my mother needs to be kept under observation by the doctor for another two days to make sure that she has a smooth recovery.
