    Hi,

    A good question indeed!

We’ve seen companies these days are showing a great interest in organizing “Employee Health Camps” and such initiatives are truly great in terms of employee welfare.

Now, let’s move to your question – how it is helping in employee retention

Answer is just lying in the “concern of the employer towards the employees who feels “They care for us”.

From earning Employee loyalty to retention, these health programs offer tremendous benefits which are listed below –

    • Healthy employee demonstrates better performance at work.
    • Health is one of the key lifestyle priorities which an individual concerns and bears a significant expenses along with food, family, home, convenience, and other expenses. By providing healthcare support at work, you as an Employer free up the Employee from his own health’s concern. Thus he /she can better focus on other aspects of life.
    • Organizing a campaign for Employees’ Health once in a month enables all employees to take a break from their monotonous routine and talk about their health issues they struggle with.

All and all, when an Employee feels that the Company he/she works for takes care of their priorities, it encourages them to stay there longer and give their 100%. Employers who advocate the value of employees and consider them as their real Assets, always prefer to invest in their good health and that is where Employees start having a HOME-like feel at work.

So, don’t think a lot before organizing Health Campaigns for your Employees, but consider it as a Valuable initiative at Workplace.

    Regards,
