A Receptionist is needed for the company to manage the front desk of the office. Their work includes answering the phones and greeting visitors. They also do several administrative tasks to support the other staff members.
Receptionist Job Description
The company hires a receptionist so that their front desk should be managed professionally. The receptionist’s work is to attend to the phone calls, answer messages and emails, attend to the visitors and give them directions to go to various departments of the office and several administrators and clerical duties if needed. A receptionist is also responsible to track the record of all the employees visiting and outing times from the office.
