    Manager Job Description

    A company hires the manager so that they can make the employees behave professionally, give their quality performance and encourage them with good strategies to increase profit in the business. Their main work is to manage the management department. The job work of a manager is different depending on the organization to organization. But their main works including planning, directing and supervising the implemented plan is the same in almost all the companies. The managers are also known as line managers of the company.

    Roles and responsibilities

    • The manager is responsible to supervise and motivate the employees as well as business operations.
    • The hiring of new employees, giving them training and guiding them about the company’s policies.
    • Resolve any type of conflict, problems, and issues between the customers and employees.
    • The candidate will also responsible to manage the daily functioning of the department along with the work of employees.
    • Set the short and long term goals for the company to increase the profit.
    • Make plans and strategies to achieve the decided goal and other achievements for business.
    • As a leader of the management department, this is the basic responsibility to motivate the employees along with encouraging them by appreciating their works.
    • Responsible to implement any plan or do any work according to the legal policies, rules, and regulations.
    • Maintain the image of the company clean and attractive to the clients.
    • Plan the campaign, activities to do the promotion of the business or any new launch product.

    Manager Key skills required

    • In-depth knowledge of business management, leadership, and finance principles.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written.
    • Problem identifying and resolving all the issues.
    • Good organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work with a team with good management.

    Education, training, and Certifications

    • Bachelor or master’s degree in management, business, finance or any other relevant field from recognized university.
    • Work Experience in the same field.
