I had accepted an offer from a IT company but later rejected it as they were pressurizing me to join early which is not possible for me, as I am still serving my notice period. The company told me to manage both jobs simultaneously which is dual employment and I have rejected it. There is no Breach of Contract clause in the offer letter and now they are telling that they will take legal action. Please guide how shall I take it ahead.
Can a company take legal action if an accepted offer had been rejected by the employee?
